We operate on 30-day cycles with daily rates. This means that when you move into a property on the 10th, you won't be required to pay for the whole month upfront like most landlords expect. With us, you only pay from the 10th to the 10th each month. Upon leaving, you will be charged a daily rate for those final days. For instance, if you move out on the 17th after moving in on the 10th, you will only pay for the 7 days you stayed. Using a rent of €300 as an example, the daily rate would be €10 (€300 / 30 days in a month = €10 per day), meaning you would only owe €70 for your final days - a fair and just amount.

There are exceptions to this policy. In January and December, full payment is always required, so if you move out on the 12th or 18th, you will be charged for the entire month as the 30-day cycle does not apply during those months.

We refrain from requesting a down payment because we believe it is unfair for landlords to demand two months' rent when you might not even appreciate the property or discover issues with it.

No significant wire transfer is required to secure your room reservation. You may be asked to provide a modest deposit, typically up to one-third of the total amount. This guarantees your commitment to the booking, particularly in light of the current high market demand.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, and every lodging accommodation is accompanied by a contract and an invoice. This isn't a Mom and Pop operation.
